ITIL® Certification scheme

ITIL® has a comprehensive certification scheme comprised of five levels, which provides a modular approach to the ITIL® framework.

1. Foundation Level

It is an entry level certification, which provides core knowledge on the terminologies, key elements, and concepts used in the ITIL® service lifecycle, along with the links between the lifecycle stages, the processes used, and their roles in the service management practices.

2. Practitioner Level

It is the second level in ITIL® certification scheme, which acts as the bridge between the Foundation and Intermediate levels, and aims to enhance the skills of the individual to adopt and adapt ITIL® in their firms.

3. Intermediate Level
